Our Senior Partner MORAG FRASER has been solving legal problems for her clients in Falkirk and surrounding areas for more than 20 years. She has considerable experience in many areas of Law including in particular Family Law, Mediation and Reparation (inc. Accident Claims). She also deals with Property matters of all kinds and Wills and Succession. She has a young family of her own and appreciates the joys (and woes !) of bringing up children. She is an experienced Reporter in Child Welfare cases and can assist in Mediation between parents. Morag is also accredited as a Specialist in Family Law and as a Mediator.
Morag's colleague, and also a very skilled Solicitor is PAULINE HAY . She has been practising for many years in or around Falkirk and has accumulated a wealth of experience in various aspects of Law including Conveyancing (purchase and sale of Property), Family Law, Accident Claims and other general Legal matters. She resides locally with her family.
Both our Solicitors will assist new clients in many different aspects of the Law, and we offer a free initial interview service (first 20 minutes).. We also operate the Legal Aid Scheme and will be pleased to advise clients upon it.
We have a helpful and efficient Back-Up Team including Fiona Scoular our Para-Legal and Book-keeper, and Susanne Hamilton, our Personal assistant and Secretary.
